I continued the rear rudder spar assembly and disassembly because I needed to flatten the spar doubler and also replace the right spar cap which you can see needed replacing in the previous post.
One of the important things to note is that the rudder hinges are now powder coated so you will have to run a 1/8th drill bit through the holes or you won’t be able to cleco them to the rear spar web.
