It is a busy time of year what with bookkeeping to do and finishing off the paint shop so I came back into the shop to try and get the remainder of the Zenith 750 SD tail components cleaned up ready for spraying. At this point I really did not have any idea that the holes in the rear bracket were not final sized for the 3/16th A6 rivets, nor the AN3-5A bolts. Some of the relative holes were final sized, but not all. I’ll put my update to the Zenith build instructions on the post when I final sized them.

These pics are really just a continuation of scuffing, deburring and cleaning the smaller components of the tail before priming. I made the decision to prime the entire skins and the components rather than trying to just prime the parts where two metals connect.
